Our homemade white cheese is cut in sticks and wrapped in a slightly sweet thin dough, once fried for a few minutes they become crispy and the cheese soft and chewy. Can be dipped in any sauce or eaten on their own. Utterly delicious!!

PAN DE JAMÓN
Rolled ham bread

Traditionally served at Christmas but good year round. This is a soft and rich bread packed with smoked sliced ham, streaky bacon, a touch of raisins and stuffed green olives to highlight the deep flavour of the loaf. Net weight aprox 1.100 gr.

AREPAS ANDINAS DE TRIGO.
Andean Arepas

These arepas come from the Andes Mountains region of Venezuela. They are deliciously crunchy on the outside and soft inside, slightly sweet and great with sweet or savoury fillings. Unlike classic Venezuelan and Colombian arepas, these are made with wheat flour instead of corn, and they are the type of arepas I grew up with as a result of my mother family being from the Andes. Perfect for breakfast or dinner they can be frozen and easily oven reheated for a quick meal fix.
