Let me introduce myself

I was born and raised in Venezuela, South-America. I settled in England with my family 8 years ago. Although having studied law and worked as a solicitor for many years, more than 20 years ago I decided to give up my law career and pursue my passion for food. Until that moment baking was my cherished hobby, but soon I discovered that it was my real passion and vocation and became over time my true love and mind-occupying obsession. At first self-taught and later studying Patisserie and artisan Bread Making in my home country.

I love experimenting in the kitchen, creating new recipes and recreating classics. Baking has given to me lots of satisfactions, and after working for several years at other kitchens, the moment has arrived to open up my own to offer my sweet creations and desserts.

The catalogue you will find here, is not intended to be a closed list. It will be constantly growing and getting updated, where whoever might come will find something affordable, they can bring to their table, share with others and have a special moment.
